I want to help people like you. Between work, training, private life, and the endless stream of “healthy” advice online, it’s easy to lose clarity. You feel motivated to change, but you’re unsure where to start. You want to take back control of your lifestyle.

I believe that small adjustments in daily life can have a huge impact on our well-being. But how do we create lasting change? How do we make it sustainable? That’s exactly where I come in: I can guide you toward healthy aging and a lifestyle that truly supports you.

I aim to create a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe. Everything that is shared is held in full confidence. My approach is built on empathy, kindness, openness, mutual respect, and integrity. I believe real change happens when we feel supported without judgment and when we’re encouraged to take small steps toward a more balanced life.

How does the coaching work?

  • We always start with an intake session, where we will get to know each other and discuss your needs. This session is free of charge.

  • Next, is a follow-up session where we’ll explore your current lifestyle using the IPH-tool, discuss your goals and expectations. 

  • After that, we can schedule indepth sessions. The frequency is entirely up to you: most people choose 1–4 sessions per month depending on their needs. 

    During these coaching sessions, I will support you in gaining the confidence and skills to make sustainable changes. Together, we’ll identify practical tools and strategies that help you take the right steps toward a healthier lifestyle.

Practical info:

  • I am available throughout the week, from monday to sunday.

  • I offer coaching in both Dutch and English.

  • The intake session is completely free, and I only ask for a small contribution for any follow-up or in-depth sessions.

  • Coaching sessions can take place online, at my home in Schaerbeek, or at your place. Whichever feels most comfortable for you

Looking for coachees

I’m currently training to become a lifestyle coach at ACL in Rotterdam. I’ll receive my certificate in June 2026.

Until then, I’m looking for people who want support in improving their lifestyle . That way, I can practice and grow as a coach.
